Pèlerin magazine

Nameplate for Pèlerin magazine created for the relaunch of the french magazine of the same name (2015). It’s a redesign of our previous version we did for Pèlerin in 2010. The original idea was to imagine a geometric sanserif sprinkle with an Art déco touch. This subtlety is particularly visible in the tension of the curves P and R.

3. Pèlerin sketches 2010: Some of numerous sketches made for this project. On the top, the original design (probably based on resident Mac OS 9 font) in used until the redesign, bottom final version.
